The DesignLine Kettle's style is strong. It has a stainless steel body, with black plastic around the top and handle for added effect. It has a concealed heating element, which not only makes the interior look better, but it also protects the element from becoming caked in limescale, and ensures that the kettle lasts longer. We like how the power switch illuminates red, giving off a rather cool effect.

• Triple Safety Lock - The kettle has three main safety features. These are boil dry protection, automatic shut off and overheating protection. Boil dry protection prevents the kettle from attempting to boil when empty. Automatic shut off switches the kettle off when the water is up to temperature. Overheating protection switches the kettle off as soon as high temperatures are detected.
• 360 Degree Base - The Bosch DesignLine Kettle has a standard 360 degree base, allowing the kettle to be placed down at any angle. The base has cord storage underneath to prevent excess wire from sitting on your worktop.
• Illuminating Power Switch - To indicate whether the kettle is boiling, the on/off switch illuminates red.
