The Daewoo Glace Noir Kettle is a 1.7 litre dome kettle with rapid boil technology. It's part of Daewoo's Crackle range, and features a unique black glitter/ice effect body with stainless steel details to enhance the overall design. This combination gives the kettle a modern feel. The kettle's features are very much modern. It features a removable and washable filter which protects against limescale entering your cup. The lid lifts off, as opposed to being hinged. Lift-off lids are more advantageous than hinged lids mostly because of their durability. The kettle also comes with a 360 degree base, allowing the kettle to be placed and picked up with ease.

• Concealed Element - The heating element is concealed underneath the kettle's floor. This is good because it's safer, it prevents the element becoming caked in limescale, and it looks more visually appealing.
• Illuminating Power Switch - When boiling, the kettle's power switch illuminates blue.
• Lift Off Lid - The lid is a lift-off lid. Such lids are more durable than their hinged counterparts.
• Water Gauge - The kettle has a clear and easy to read water gauge on the side. It marks the 0.75L minimum, 1.0L, 1.2L, 1.5L and the 1.7L maximum.
